New Born

The thirteen links above and below are my latest attempts at poetry; all written within the last decade — from 2007 to 2017.   Indeed, only one is more than seven years old.   It joins the other four poetry collections I have published online at WeTheWebLog.com, which began life as my first web development project as a student at Cincinnati State, and which I then published on Tripod.com (an early free web publishing site), and then on my ISP homepage until Cincinnati Bell discontinued that service, and finally onto my own rented servers.   Along the way, I lost the files for one collection, Life and Love in Black and White, and some of those poems were written in the last century, as were most of the ones in Blind Page, the first collection.   I'll put some of them back up in the next collection I publish.

New Born also joins my collection of songs, and photos of my 2007 Garden – the 2008 Garden page is another lost file.   My life is still an open book, even if a few pages are missing, and few people want to read it; nonetheless, should you find yourself idly perusing its tattered and sometimes pointless pages, I hope you will find something to engage your interest momentarily.   That has always been my humble purpose – not a rapt audience of sycophancy, but merely an appreciative lone moment or two with you.
